- Strategy Development: Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies that drive user engagement and business objectives.
- Testing & Iteration: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to identify the most effective conversational flows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt logic into production environments.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, system instructions, and optimization methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JSON, or API integration is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, troubleshoot logic, and refine processes based on feedback.
