What You Will Do:
As a Prompt Engineer at Apex AI, you will bridge the gap between human intent and machine understanding. You will work directly with our R&D team to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine complex prompts to maximize the output quality of AI models.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, inaccuracies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt strategies into broader AI workflows.
- Develop and maintain a library of high-performing prompt templates and workflows.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to optimize for specific KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and basic scripting for data manipulation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
