You will work closely with data scientists and product managers to develop sophisticated prompt strategies that drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Architect and iterate on complex prompt strategies for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output accuracy, context retention, and safety.
- Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless API interactions and data flow.
- Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and model performance metrics.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive libraries of prompts, templates, and best practices to serve as a knowledge base for the wider organization.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor model outputs for biases, errors, and edge cases, implementing guardrails to ensure high reliability.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and NLP to propose innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, strong scripting abilities, and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and the mechanics behind generative text models.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a passion for debugging and optimizing complex systems.
