Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iterate on results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our production pipelines.
- Document prompt libraries, style guides, and optimization strategies to ensure team-wide consistency.
- Monitor model outputs for biases, hallucinations, and ethical concerns, implementing guardrails where necessary.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and Generative AI to propose innovative solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, linguistics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts, including tokenization, embeddings, and transformer architectures.
- Experience fine-tuning models using tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to craft nuanced instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
