Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Pattern Recognition: Analyze user interactions and feedback loops to identify trends and optimize conversational flows for higher engagement and accuracy.
- Creative Strategy: Develop innovative prompt architectures that drive specific outcomes, from creative writing generation to complex data analysis.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive guidelines and documentation for prompt engineering best practices to onboard new team members and stakeholders.
- Testing & Iteration: Execute rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies for various use cases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our software ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in copywriting, creative writing, or technical writing with a focus on AI interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and LLM architecture (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus; ability to write scripts to automate prompt testing is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot prompt failures to improve model outputs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
