Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Collaborate with product teams to define prompt engineering frameworks
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise clients
- Analyze model outputs to identify bias, safety gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Develop evaluation metrics for prompt performance and accuracy
- Train junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in NLP, AI development, or related technical field
- Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face)
- Strong Python skills with libraries like LangChain or PromptFlow
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI principles
