Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly effective prompt engineering strategies for various AI models, including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, and hallucinations; refine prompts to improve accuracy and coherence.
- Develop and maintain a library of optimized prompts for diverse use cases, from content generation to data analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of AI-generated content.
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and share insights with the wider engineering team.
Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional grammar, style, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, AI fine-tuning, or technical writing.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Midjourney.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot complex AI interactions.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, flexible schedule.
- Experience with Python or SQL is a strong plus but not mandatory.
