Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong Python and data analysis skills
- Experience with AI evaluation metrics (ROUGE, BLEU, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Master's degree in CS, Linguistics, or related field
