The Role:
You will bridge the gap between human intent and machine execution. Your primary focus will be crafting, testing, and refining prompts that drive high-quality outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative image models.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Analyze AI outputs to identify patterns, biases, and areas for model improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into product workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Train internal stakeholders on effective prompt techniques and AI tool usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or AI interaction design.
- Strong understanding of how LLMs work, including concepts like context windows, temperature, and token limits.
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages to automate prompt generation and analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for language and semantics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
