Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard) to achieve specific output goals.
- Analyze AI-generated responses to identify errors, biases, or tone issues and iterate on prompts accordingly.
- Create and maintain a library of prompt templates and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with content strategists to ensure AI outputs align with brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to optimize performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and apply that knowledge to daily tasks.
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and share insights with the wider organization.
