Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative analysis to improve response accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Monitor model outputs in real-time to identify bias, edge cases, or performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering) to integrate prompt strategies into production pipelines.
- Build and maintain a scalable library of high-quality prompts and documentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and AI to continuously improve our engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models and prompt engineering best practices.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex logic within AI responses.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
