Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, develop, and refine prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs) across various use cases.
- Conversation Design: Create natural, context-aware dialogue flows for customer service bots and virtual assistants.
- Feedback Loops: Establish rigorous testing protocols and gather user feedback to continuously improve model outputs.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for the engineering team.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or software development with a focus on AI/ML.
