Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of AI models across various domains.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure high-quality, contextually relevant responses.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the product development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and style guides.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and implement innovative techniques.
- Train and fine-tune models using human feedback loops (RLHF) to improve model behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Prompt Engineering, Technical Writing, or a similar creative technical role.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, including tokenization, context windows, and temperature settings.
- Exceptional command of grammar, tone, and nuance in English.
- Experience with Python and API integration is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
