As a Prompt Engineer, you will be at the forefront of the Generative AI revolution, working with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver intelligent, human-centric software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and custom models.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, and areas for improvement in reasoning and tone.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt strategies into production pipelines.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on prompt variations to maximize engagement and accuracy.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Trainer, or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Ability to think abstractly and solve complex problems related to AI reasoning and instruction following.
