- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and iterate prompt designs
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Stay current with LLM advancements and integrate new techniques
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source alternatives
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and transformer architectures
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python and prompt development frameworks
