Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with Aether Dynamics' corporate mission and market goals.
- Leadership & Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts and project status to executive stakeholders and investors with clarity and confidence.
- Innovation Oversight: Identify emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and spatial computing to drive continuous innovation within the project.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of milestones on time and within scope.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with external vendors, research institutions, and partners to leverage external expertise and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, project management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Quantum Computing, or Neural Interfaces.
