Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and systems architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing algorithms for production environments, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) to keep 2026 Systems at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and industry best practices.
- Drive architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals and scalability requirements.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning solutions to high-traffic production environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
