Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Execute usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ end-to-end projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
