Creative Focus Studio is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Part-Time UX Designer to join our creative team in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and define user needs.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and clients with confidence.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX case studies and design processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
