Your Mission:
Translate complex user requirements into elegant design solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design system and component library.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met in all design deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating case studies and a clear design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time capacity.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
