Lumina Design Studio is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Henderson, NV.
We are passionate about crafting intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences. In this flexible role, you will collaborate closely with our product managers and engineering teams to translate complex user needs into elegant, user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for the user voice and ensure accessibility standards are met.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects with a focus on user research and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
