Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Design and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and A/B test results.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
