Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent visual language
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
- Document design processes and maintain a comprehensive design library
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development
