Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs for optimal usability
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling

Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or healthcare projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design choices
- Agile workflow experience with Jira or similar project management
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
