Join Nevada Digital Innovations as a Part-Time UX Designer and transform user experiences for our growing tech portfolio. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for B2B/B2C products
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data through heatmaps and session recordings to optimize UX
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methods including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to implementation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Jira/Confluence
