Responsibilities
- Develop & Refine Prompts: Design complex, multi-step prompts to elicit high-quality responses from Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously test AI outputs, analyzing for accuracy, tone, bias, and relevance to ensure optimal user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate model behavior using statistical methods and feedback loops to identify areas for improvement.
- Creative Problem Solving: Iterate on prompt strategies to troubleshoot errors and optimize response generation in real-time.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of prompt structures and methodologies to serve as a knowledge base for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and rhetoric.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns and AI limitations.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-paced, evolving technological landscape.
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Interest: Basic familiarity with AI concepts, chatbots, or coding is a plus but not required.
