Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time UX Designer and transform digital experiences for clients across Texas! We're seeking a creative problem-solver to craft intuitive interfaces that delight users while driving business growth. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week with in-person collaboration at our Corpus Christi studio. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver user-centered solutions that align with our brand's innovative vision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX implementation
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs for optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design solutions
