Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues under mentor guidance
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier-1 user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and compliance audits
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service aptitude
