Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud applications
- Document incidents, solutions, and assets using ITSM systems
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness training and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred
