Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and security protocols (ACLs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Respond to network outages within SLA requirements
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and STP protocols
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Valid driver's license
