Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web/mobile applications using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify pain points
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design documentation and accessibility standards
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, testing, surveys)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design skills
