Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for internal and external clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement system improvements
- Conduct routine maintenance on servers and workstations

Qualifications
