Join our award-winning design team as a Part-Time UX Designer and transform complex challenges into intuitive digital experiences. We're seeking a creative problem-solver to enhance user journeys for our Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and fintech. This flexible 20-hour/week role offers remote collaboration opportunities with quarterly in-person workshops at our downtown Indianapolis studio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers during implementation
- Analyze user metrics to iterate on design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and business impact
