Responsibilities
- Assist with desktop and laptop hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support end-users with software installations, configurations, and issue resolution
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patches
- Participate in rotational training across different IT domains
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS
