Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pixel-perfect designs and maintain design systems
- Develop and iterate on prototypes to validate solutions with real users
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clear articulation
- Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Document design specifications and contribute to our evolving design language
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrable prototyping skills
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform design patterns
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of user-centered design solutions
