Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and persona development to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web/mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders)
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
