Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Maintain and update our internal design system and style guides.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the wider team.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic motion design is a plus.
