Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with our brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and data
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to optimize conversion funnels
- Document design systems and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques including personas, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and responsive design patterns
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience and business metrics
