Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create journey maps for coastal tourism clients
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with responsive considerations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers)
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent brand experiences
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions
- Create design documentation and style guides for development handoff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design rationale
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving
- Must be authorized to work in the US
