Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Present design solutions and gather stakeholder feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on performance metrics
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design handoff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
