Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers)
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design iterations
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Contribute to our growing design knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (usability testing, personas)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography/color theory
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Local candidates preferred for occasional on-site sessions
