Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and content strategists.
- Maintain and evolve existing design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a part-time capacity.
- A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and case studies demonstrating user-centered design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
