Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma/Sketch
- Develop responsive design systems and maintain design consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user empathy
