Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and lead client workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
