Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
- Document design decisions and maintain up-to-date design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with knowledge of prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
