Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover insights
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Execute usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify design decisions
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices in the industry
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color theory
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Strong communication skills for presenting and advocating design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
