You'll contribute to products used by millions, with opportunities to mentor junior designers and influence our design system evolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS dashboards and mobile apps using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with WCAG 2.1 standards
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Document design systems and create reusable UI components for scalability
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility guidelines, and user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (A/B testing, journey mapping)
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
