Innovate Digital Solutions is seeking a passionate Part-Time UX Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences for our clients in healthcare and SaaS. This flexible 20-hour/week role offers remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration at our Pearl District studio. You'll work on high-impact projects with a team that values creativity, user advocacy, and design excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for prototyping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
