Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement user-centered solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to optimize experiences
- Document design processes and maintain a current portfolio of work
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B software projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly through written and verbal communication
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to implementation
