Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web/mobile platforms
- Execute usability testing and data analysis to iterate on design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 3+ years professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to balance business objectives with user needs in fast-paced environments
